Vegan Herb Butter
Freshly chopped fragrant herbs are combined with softened vegan butter and then molded into a log to be used to enhance the flavor of a wide range of recipes.
- 1 cup unsalted vegan butter softened (2 sticks)
- 4 tbsp fresh herbs chopped (such as parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Add butter, herbs, salt and pepper to large bowl.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Place butter on parchment paper, cover and roll into log.
Twist ends of parchment paper.
Chill in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
