Vegan Herb Butter

Freshly chopped fragrant herbs are combined with softened vegan butter and then molded into a log to be used to enhance the flavor of a wide range of recipes.

  • 1 cup unsalted vegan butter softened (2 sticks)
  • 4 tbsp fresh herbs chopped (such as parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper


  • Add butter, herbs, salt and pepper to large bowl.

  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

  • Place butter on parchment paper, cover and roll into log.

  • Twist ends of parchment paper.

  • Chill in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
