Ingredients
1cupunsalted vegan buttersoftened (2 sticks)
4tbspfresh herbschopped (such as parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary)
1tspsalt
½tspground black pepper
Instructions
Add butter, herbs, salt and pepper to large bowl.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Place butter on parchment paper, cover and roll into log.
Twist ends of parchment paper.
Chill in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
