Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
1tbsporganic granulated sugar
3tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
Wet Ingredients
1chia egg or flax egg
¾cupdairy free milk
2tbspvegetable or canola oil
Instructions
Pancake Mix
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well combined.
Store in airtight container or jar with lid.
To make Pancakes
Add mix to large measuring cup or mixing bowl.
Add wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray.
Scoop pancake batter onto hot griddle and cook 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip and cook on other side 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
