Vegan Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups instant dry soy, coconut, or rice milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
  • cup granulated sugar

Add-ins, optional

  • ½ cup chocolate chips, white, milk or semi-sweet
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Peppermint extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, sift powdered sugar.
