For the Salty Rim

  • 2 teaspoons sea salt or coarse salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili seasoning mix

For the Drink:

  • 6 ounces tomato juice - or Bloody Mary Mix
  • ¼ cup lime juice - 2 to 3 limes
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce - vegan
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce - you may add more after trying the finished product
  • 12 ounces beer - your favorite, I used Dos Equis
  • 3 green olives - optional for garnish
  • 1 wedge lime - optional for garnish

For the Rim:

  • Mix the salt and chili seasoning in a saucer and spread wider than the rim of the glass.
  • Use a lime wedge and rub around the rim of each glass.
  • Hold the glass from the bottom and move straight down and place into the salt/chili seasoning mix. Lift and set aside.

For the Drink:

  • Pour all of the drink ingredients into a large pitcher and mix.
  • Fill up the glass with ice.
  • Pour the mixed drink over the ice.
  • Serve with olives and lime wedges for a little extra fun.
