    Ginny of Vegan in the Freezer has brunette hair past her shoulders and has bangs. Brown eyes and a smile.

    Hi, my name is Ginny and it is fantastic that you have come to see my blog Vegan in the Freezer.

    I am the recipe developer, photographer and blogger behind Vegan in the Freezer. All the recipes are easy to follow and can be used by beginning cooks on through the experienced.

    The recipes feature healthy and delicious food that you can enjoy now or freeze for future meals. I create and test every recipe so that you can also replicate the recipes and enjoy them at home.

    There are a variety of meals and snacks from down home cooking to gourmet fare in this site and I hope you will get to try them all.

    Freezer friendly meals are at the forefront of the blog with categories covering many types of allergies and intolerances.

    I’ve been featured on Huffington Post, Shape, MSN, Yahoo, Buzzfeed, Healthline, MindBodyGreen, Healthy Magazine and many more.

    I live in Southern California with my husband and all the other critters that love perfect weather.

    My husband and I enjoy life and our favorite things to do together are read, travel, be in nature, think up ‘do it ourselves’ projects and work on the computer. Independently I like to tackle art, improve our home, organize everything, garden, cook, cook and cook.

    I am having the most fun adapting the vegan lifestyle to the cooking techniques that I have learned and then, of course, eating the food.

    I have also written two cookbooks. The Make Ahead Vegan which was released in 2016. My 2019 book is titled The High-Protein Vegan. Internationally this second cookbook was released in April 2019.
