41-inch slices of watermelon
1tspliquid smoke
1tbspbalsamic vinegar

Instructions
Cut the rind of the watermelon slices and make a long “steak”.
In a mixing bowl, combine liquid smoke, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper, to taste.
Brush the mixture over the watermelon and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat some oil in a skillet, over medium-high heat.
Cook the watermelon in the skillet for 3-4 minutes or until nicely browned.
Serve steaks warm, served with Vegan feta cheese and some fresh mint.
