Maple Cinnamon Butter

This sweet compound butter recipe is made with vegan butter, maple syrup and warm cinnamon the perfect topping for sweet potatoes, toast and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted vegan butter softened
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
  • Place butter on parchment paper, cover and roll into log.
  • Twist ends of parchment paper.
  • Chill in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
