Jalapeno Lime Compound Butter
Fresh lime and peppery jalapeno-infused vegan butter, makes for a delicious twist to any meal.
Servings 1 cup
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted vegan butter softened
- 1 jalapeno seeded and minced finely
- 1 tsp salt
- Juice of 1 lime about 4 teaspoons
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
Place butter on parchment paper, cover and roll into log.
Twist ends of parchment paper.
Chill in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
