If you've ever wanted to try cooking your gnocchi in the air fryer this is the how to post for you! It's super easy and ready in under 20 minutes!
- 2 cup gnocchi
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- Garlic salt to taste
Place the gnocchi into the air fryer basket and fry for 7 minutes at 350 degrees.
While the gnocchi is cooking combine the olive oil, parmesan cheese, paprika and garlic salt in a bowl.
Transfer the gnocchi to a bowl and toss with the olive oil until evenly coated. Take back to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- I highly advise doing the double cooking. Is what ensures the gnocchi is fully cooked but not too golden and burned.
- You can serve it with pesto, marinara sauce or any dip you like.
- If you fry them for only 4 minutes instead of the second 10 you get a delicious crispy ravioli that’s perfect to serve as a pasta too!
