Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are simple and taste delicious just as they are. You can also turn them into a meal by making a baked potatoes bar.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Potatoes - 4 potatoes, I'm guessing at the weight that each potato is ¾ pound
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil - or cooking spray
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Add potatoes to a large bowl.
  • Coat well with olive oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place in Air Fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Turn potatoes and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender.
  • Serve immediately with toppings of your choice.
