Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are simple and taste delicious just as they are. You can also turn them into a meal by making a baked potatoes bar.

Ingredients

Potatoes
- 4 potatoes, I'm guessing at the weight that each potato is ¾ pound
1 ½
tablespoons
Extra virgin olive oil
- or cooking spray
¾
teaspoon
Salt
⅛
teaspoon
Pepper
Instructions
Add potatoes to a large bowl.
Coat well with olive oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in Air Fryer basket.
Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn potatoes and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender.
Serve immediately with toppings of your choice.
