Hobo Raisin Bread is a recipe that has been passed around for half a century, at least.  5 Ingredients. 'You just have to bake this bread'.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raisins
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
  • 2 cups coconut sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a 5" X 9" Loaf Pan.
  • Pour all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix until just blended.
  • Pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  • Cool on a rack for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
  • Remove from pan and let cool completely.
