Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pepitas
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • ¾ cup almonds
  • ¾ cup cashews
  • ¾ cup Spanish peanuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • These measurements do not have to be exact. If you would like more of one seed or nut than another then it will still work perfectly.
  • You can use raw nuts or roasted or a mix of both.
  • In a large bowl add all of the ingredients.
  • Mix well and store

Notes

Easy!  Makes 6 cups and a snack is about ½ cup.
This trail mix will keep about one month if kept in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.
Add Chocolate chips if you'd like a little boost in sweetness and contrast in flavors.
