Ingredients
1cupsunflower seeds
1cuppepitas
1cuppeanuts
¾cupalmonds
¾cupcashews
¾cupSpanish peanuts
1cupraisins
1tablespooncoconut oil
1teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
These measurements do not have to be exact. If you would like more of one seed or nut than another then it will still work perfectly.
You can use raw nuts or roasted or a mix of both.
In a large bowl add all of the ingredients.
Mix well and store

Easy! Makes 6 cups and a snack is about ½ cup.This trail mix will keep about one month if kept in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.Add Chocolate chips if you'd like a little boost in sweetness and contrast in flavors.
