- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir.
Cover and cook on low 2 hours and stir.
Cover again and cook on low another hour or until rice is tender. Now you can eat and be happy.
