Maple Cinnamon Butter
This sweet compound butter recipe is made with vegan butter, maple syrup and warm cinnamon the perfect topping for sweet potatoes, toast and more!

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted vegan butter softened
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
Place butter on parchment paper, cover and roll into log.
Twist ends of parchment paper.
Chill in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
