  1. These measurements do not have to be exact. If you would like more of one seed or nut than another then it will still work perfectly.
  2. You can use raw nuts or roasted or a mix of both.
  3. In a large bowl add all of the ingredients.
  4. Mix well and store in an airtight container.

Recipe Notes

Easy!  Makes 6 cups and a snack is about 1/2 cup.

This trail mix will keep about one month if kept in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.
