Out all of the ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender.
Process until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with anything you like.
I used pita chips in these photos but any color bell pepper would be great. Also, jicama would be so fresh!
IF FREEZING: Package in rigid sided containers as defined in my article How to Prepare Food for the Freezer. TO PREPARE AFTER FREEZING: Remove from the freezer and put in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. You could heat in the microwave and serve with chips and veggies of your choice. Heating is not necessary though. But ... it's good.Makes 3 Cups
