Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk, unsweetened, you can add more milk if you like it thinner
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Get out your blender or food processor.
  • Add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
