Vegetarian Quesadillas Vegan Style

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup red onion 1 1/2 cup mashed acocado 4 large flour tortillas 1/2 cup black beans 1 1/2 cup dairy free cheese 1 cup tomatoes, diced 2 Tbsp. dairy free butter Vegan Crema

cut  into the tortilla halfway through the center.

STEP 1

fill the four quarters with your favorites.

STEP 2

STEP 3

start folding in a clockwise direction.

keep folding to the right.

STEP 4

make the last fold and fry in dairy free butter on both sides.
