Vegan Blueberry Pancakes

chia seeds

flour and sugar

INGREDIENTS

baking powder and salt

1 tablespoon hemp hearts

3/4 cup dairy free milk

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup blueberries

Mix all of the ingredients together except the oil and blueberries.

STEP 1 & 2

Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot oiled pan and dot with blueberries.

STEP 3

cook for 3 minutes and then flip the pancakes over.

remove from pan and serve with fresh blueberries and syrup.
