Grilled Potato Wedges
Just a few ingredients.
Cut unpeeled russet potatoes into wedges.
Lay wedges in a casserole dish.
Toss with oil and spices.
Lay on the grill turning about 3 times.
Remove to a rack or serve on plates or platter.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
