Carrot Cake Truffles

40 of them!

1 layer carrot cake

8 ounces dairy free  cream cheese

16 ounces vegan white almond bark

INGREDIENTS

stir in the wet

crumble the cake into a large bowl.

STEP 1

mix in the softened dairy free cream cheese

STEP 2

STEP 3

roll small balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet

drop the chilled balls into white almond bark coating

STEP 4

STEP 5

Dip truffles in melted coating. Lift out with one fork. Allow excess coating to drip off. Push off with other fork onto parchment lines baking sheet.

STEP 6

sprinkle with nuts before the candy coating has hardened
