The time has come and The Make Ahead Vegan Cookbook has launched – everywhere! Check it out along with one of the recipes from the book!
It seems like forever since I got stars in my eyes and signed the contract for the largest commitment of my life.
It was the first step in the making of The Make Ahead Vegan Cookbook. Of course, the name didn’t even exist then but the journey had begun.
Thousands of hours have been devoted to making this cookbook. From the inception through recipe development, photography and the countless steps, I can only imagine, after the manuscript arrived at the publishers.
Over a year has passed and the day is here! It’s Launch Day for my new cookbook. Capitalized because this is a day, for me, that will always be celebrated as a holiday.
