Slow Cooker Chocolate Irish Cream Coffee is filling a white cup with another angled behind. Sitting on a clue mat with a blue and white crock pot behind all.

Irish Cream Coffee from the slow cooker conjures up so many comforting thoughts. The preparation is easy and the result is a pot of great flavors for you and your friends. There's even a little chocolate included.

Do you ever dream of cozying up in front of the fire on your favorite chair? You would be sipping a warm drink and chocolate could just possibly be part of it?

Whether alone or with a special person or with many special people you are feeling good.

Wish I could fix you up with the whole scene but at least I have the sipping part covered. Just mix the ingredients in your slow cooker and walk away.

You can use the dairy-free copycat recipe for Bailey's Irish Cream Whiskey that I have on the blog too. It is perfect for this coffee drink.

Now you can possibly realize your next dream. Soaking in a hot tub.

It's never too late. With only 2 ½ hours of crockpot time and you can make some right now!

Before you go diving into this drink let me tell you about a couple more slow cooker drinks that are perfect to warm you up.

This time the coffee takes advantage of Kahlua. Slow Cooker Mocha Coffee can be drunk with or without being spiked.

Here's a picture of the chocolate and peanut butter goodness for your gazing enjoyment.

People forget to take out their crockpot for the weekends with the sole purpose of making a big pot and something delicious to drink.

When the weather gets cooler and we start to get chilled to the bones one of the things that can give us comfort is a nice hot drink.

Stay in for the night (or day) and huddle down to a movie and warmth. Sip Slow Cooker Chocolate Irish Cream Coffee to your heart's content and relax.

A hot refreshment in a cobalt cup in front of a crockpot.

    Ingredients

    • Coffee is the main deep flavor for this hot drink.
    • Chocolate syrup adds that rich chocolate flavor.
    • Coconut sugar adds a different type of sweet flavor in a very understated way.
    • Irish Cream Liqueur can be homemade with this recipe much more inexpensively but Bailey's makes a vegan one now if you want to save a little time.

    Instructions

    • Don't add the liqueur to the crockpot until it is all done.
    • Add the coffee, chocolate syrup (check out the recipe for Homemade Chocolate Syrup), and coconut sugar to the slow cooker.
    • Stir well.
    • Cook on low for 2 ½ hours.
    • Turn off the slow cooker and add the Irish Cream Liqueur.  Here is my dairy-free recipe for Baileys Irish Cream Whiskey.
    • Start sipping.
