Ingredients
- Coffee is the main deep flavor for this hot drink.
- Chocolate syrup adds that rich chocolate flavor.
- Coconut sugar adds a different type of sweet flavor in a very understated way.
- Irish Cream Liqueur can be homemade with this recipe much more inexpensively but Bailey's makes a vegan one now if you want to save a little time.
Instructions
- Don't add the liqueur to the crockpot until it is all done.
- Add the coffee, chocolate syrup (check out the recipe for Homemade Chocolate Syrup), and coconut sugar to the slow cooker.
- Stir well.
- Cook on low for 2 ½ hours.
