Vegan in the Freezer is dedicated to providing delicious, vegan recipes that are easy to make and preferably good for freezing.

We add estimated nutritional info which we try to keep as accurate as possible. This info is not guaranteed and if you’re looking for anything specific or trying to fit within a diet, always verify for yourself first.

First, double-check the ingredients and instructions. Ensure no substitutions were made, and read through the recipe again to catch any missed steps. If you still have issues, comment on the recipe page.

It’s best to follow the recipe as written for optimal results.

Use airtight containers or freezer bags, label them with the date, and store them in the freezer. Each recipe will have specific freezing instructions.

We recommend using BPA-free plastic containers, glass containers with airtight lids, or heavy-duty freezer bags.

Most frozen meals last 2-3 months, but always check the recipe for specific guidelines.
