The world of vegan food products is (thankfully!) ever-expanding, and one department that we find to be experiencing some extra rapid growth is that of vegan coffee creamers.
These days, there is a vegan creamer option made from just about any type of plant based milk that your heart could desire--at times making the decision on what to sweeten your morning cup o’ joe with a toughie! To help, we’ve shopped and scoured for as many of the most popular non-dairy creamers as we could find and are putting each of them to the test.
What are the best vegan vegan coffee creamer brands currently out there on supermarket shelves? Read on to find out!

What Are Vegan Coffee Creamers?
Traditional (dairy based) coffee creamers are either liquid or powdered forms of cream and/or milk intended to enhance a cup of coffee, tea, or other beverage. Creamers are usually sweetened, thereby simplifying the number of steps it takes one to fix up their cup of coffee each morning.
Vegan coffee creamers are created to accomplish these same goals, without the use of animal-derived ingredients of course.
What is Vegan Creamer Made From?
As far as base ingredients go, dairy-free creamer options really run the gamut! Look through any non-dairy aisle or vegan section and you’re likely to find plant based coffee creamers made from soy milk, oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk, flax seeds, plant based starches, and beyond.
Some of the best vegan coffee creamers are flavored simply with subtle sweetness or a hint of vanilla, while others feature inventive additions like caramel, cinnamon, peppermint mocha, and even pumpkin spice!

The Taste Test
First things first, our tasting panel sampled each vegan coffee creamer on its own so as to establish a baseline for objective comparison.
Afterwards, we tested each creamer by adding 1 Tablespoon (the standard serving size) of each into a 6-ounce cup of room-temperature coffee, evaluating the flavor and textural effects that each addition had upon the coffee.
The Criteria
Across the taste test, research, and comparison phases of our review process, we scored each of the dairy-free creamers in the following 5 points of criteria:
- Taste & Texture: considering the overall flavor of each vegan creamer as well as the level of sweetness, mouthfeel, and how well it effectively “creams” each cup of coffee.
- Nutrition Content: looking particularly at calorie, fat, and sugar contents as well as the general quality of ingredients used and any applicable micronutrient content.
- Unique Characteristics: this may be a special flavor, unique style, or any other notable trait that sets one vegan creamer apart from the competition.
- Value: price per ounce.
- Production & Packaging: including where each creamer is produced and distributed, how easily accessible it is, any especially responsible processing methods, and any especially helpful or convenient features of packaging.
The 5 individual grades were then used to calculate an overall average score, which served as the determining factor in selecting the best vegan creamer from each of the 8 aforementioned categories.
Best Almond-Based Vegan Coffee Creamer: Honest to Goodness Plant Based Creamer
Size: 25.4-ounce carton
Flavor: Himalayan Salted Caramel
Here is how Honest to Goodness Plant Based Creamer scored in each of our criteria categories:
- Taste & Texture: 5.0 / 5.0
- Nutrition Content: 4.3 / 5.0
- Unique Characteristics: 5.0 / 5.0
- Value: 4.4 / 5.0
- Production & Packaging: 5.0 / 5.0
- Overall Score: 4.8 / 5.0
Among almond milk creamers, this Himalayan Salted Caramel option from creamer-specific company Honest to Goodness won our hearts straight away!
The first thing that hits you is the wonderful mouthfeel, with plenty of viscosity and richness that leaves you struggling to believe that notoriously thin almond milk is the star here! Next, the mind blowing salted caramel flavor is a serious treat, honestly tasting just like a craveably salted yet perfectly sweet caramel sauce you’d pour over your vegan yogurt or non-dairy ice cream. From all of the different flavored creamer options that our tasting panel sampled, this was hands down the fan favorite.
Once poured into our modestly sized cup of coffee, we found its creaming power to be quite decent, turning the cup a pleasant milky-tan color and balancing the inherent bitterness and acidity of the coffee quite well.
As for the ingredients themselves, they are sourced with intention from farmers from around the world--whether it's real Madagascar vanilla beans from a community owned coop in Madagascar to organic coconuts from family owned farms in the Philippines. Honest to Goodness also works to support these communities they source their ingredients from by participating with programs like The Livelihoods Funds and EARTHDAY’s The Canopy Project. It’s no surprise that all of these amazing efforts and responsible choices have made this company a certified B corp!
This non-dairy creamer unfortunately takes a few hits in the nutrition department though as it contains the highest levels of saturated fats, with 1.5 grams per serving. Doesn’t sound like a whole lot, but if you have a couple of cups of coffee per this is going to add up quick.
We also want to be sure to note that this company is not exclusively dairy-free. They produce other creamers which are made with traditional dairy products and when sitting alongside each other in the grocery store case, can be all too easy to reach for by accident.
Pros:
- Has a thick, rich, velvety mouthfeel.
- Himalayan Salted Caramel flavor was our panel’s favorite flavor across the board!
- Effectively creams, lightens, and enrichens a cup of coffee.
- Ingredients are responsibly and thoughtfully sourced.
- Company works to support good environmental and socioeconomic causes.
- Honest to Goodness is a certified B-Corp.
Cons:
- High in saturated fat, with 8% your DV per 1-Tablespoon.
- Company also produces similar looking, dairy-based creamers which could cause some confusion when shopping.
Best Soy-Based Vegan Coffee Creamer: Silk Dairy Free Vanilla Soy Creamer
Size: 32-ounce carton
Flavor: Vanilla
Here is how Silk Dairy Free Vanilla Soy Creamer scored in each of our criteria categories:
- Taste & Texture: 4.7 / 5.0
- Nutrition Content: 4.3 / 5.0
- Unique Characteristics: 4.5 / 5.0
- Value: 4.8 / 5.0
- Production & Packaging: 4.5 / 5.0
- Overall Score: 4.5 / 5.0
We were surprised to find relatively few soy milk creamers out there during our product shopping, but we weren’t surprised to find one from “pioneer soy brand” Silk.
Silk’s soy creamer offers plenty of natural sweetness thanks to its soy milk base, plus a hearty dose of pure cane sugar and solid vanilla flavor. Our taste testing revealed that it bears an overall enjoyably thick consistency--honestly, almost like a melted ice cream--which has a nice impact on the cup of coffee or tea you happen to add it to. We think this viscosity leads this non-dairy creamer to fare a bit better in the frothing and foaming department, as with just a bit of shaking, this creamer easily takes on an aerated consistency. .
This creamer is non-GMO project verified and is also free from carrageenan, cholesterol, artificial colors, and artificial flavors. Silk offers a “love it or your money back” guarantee and also assures their consumers that though this product is made in a facility that processes tree nuts, they work to uphold stringent allergen control procedures so as to eliminate cross contamination concerns.
The major flaw in this non-dairy creamer is that it may not be 100% vegan. While all of the other plant-based creamers we tested were certified vegan, this one is not--likely due to the fact that it contains refined cane sugar (an ingredient often processed with the use of an animal product called bone char).
Depending on your preferences, this fact may render this product out of your eating plan. Also, it’s important to note that this soy based creamer also contains palm oil, which is often regarded as an unsustainable and very environmentally unfriendly ingredient.
Pros:
- Natural sweetness of soy milk plus the addition of cane sugar pair nicely.
- Features floral and aromatic vanilla flavor.
- Texture is thick and viscous, nicely complementing a cup of coffee.
- Non-GMO.
- Free from carrageenan, cholesterol, and artificial flavors/colors.
- Comes with a money back guarantee.
- Is produced in an allergen conscious facility.
Cons:
- Is dairy-free but does contain refined cane sugar, which is not always 100% vegan.
- Contains palm oil.
Best Coconut-Based Vegan Coffee Creamer: So Delicious Organic French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer
Size: 32-ounce carton
Flavor: French Vanilla
Here is how So Delicious Organic French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer scored in each of our criteria categories:
- Taste & Texture: 5.0 / 5.0
- Nutrition Content: 4.5 / 5.0
- Unique Characteristics: 4.6 / 5.0
- Value: 4.5 / 5.0
- Production & Packaging: 4.8 / 5.0
- Overall Score: 4.7 / 5.0
Products made from coconut milk, coconut cream, and/or coconut oil make for some of the best vegan creamers due to the naturally high fat content of the coconuts themselves. Out of all of the coconut milk creamers we sampled, our taste buds settled upon this Organic So Delicious creamer--complete with French Vanilla flavoring!
In addition to the aforementioned 3 coconut-derived ingredients, this vegan creamer also contains organic cane sugar for just the right amount of sweetness, organic pea protein isolate for some amino acid balance, plus natural vanilla flavor and a bit of gellan gum for thickening power. The result? A decidedly coconutty, floral, lightly tangy plant based creamer that nicely lightens and balances a warm cup of coffee.
The creamer itself is not nearly as thick as some of the other creamers we tested, but we do appreciate that it seems a bit more naturally-textured as opposed to some of its super-starched counterparts we encountered.
This coconut creamer is USDA certified organic, non-GMO project verified, carrageenan free, and comes to you courtesy of yet another certified B-corp--thereby proving So Delicious’s (say that 5 times fast!) commitment to environmental and social wellness. In their words: “proud to use our brand as a force for good”, and that’s a statement we can get behind!
Due to all of the coconut oil rich ingredients and minimal processing in this one, we found that you really need to shake things quite well here in order to have a fully blended mixture.
Also, while its lightening and flavoring powers were decent, we found our cups of coffee made with this So Delicious Organic French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer to be not quite as creamy as the soy and almond based creamers that we tried first, so if you’re looking for an option that produces a result more in line with that of dairy-based creamers, this one might not be the best.
Pros:
- Features three rich coconut-based ingredients!
- Contains pea protein, with all 9 essential amino acids.
- Has a floral yet subtle vanilla flavor.
- USDA organic and non-GMO.
- Comes from a certified B-corp.
Cons:
- Coconut ingredients tend to separate--shake super well before use!
- Doesn’t yield a result that is as creamy as some of the other creamers we tested.
Best Oat-Based Vegan Coffee Creamer: Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Brown Sugar Oat Creamer
Size: 32-ounce bottle
Flavor: Brown Sugar
Here is how Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Brown Sugar Oat Creamer scored in each of our criteria categories:
- Taste & Texture: 4.4 / 5.0
- Nutrition Content: 4.5 / 5.0
- Unique Characteristics: 4.6 / 5.0
- Value: 4.5 / 5.0
- Production & Packaging: 4.6 / 5.0
- Overall Score: 4.5 / 5.0
If you like your coffee to taste like a sweet treat, or are in the market for whipping up a trendy sweet oat latte, this Brown Sugar Oat Milk Creamer from Coffee Mate’s Natural Bliss line of products is the one to reach for!
Our tasting panel really enjoyed the sweet brown sugar taste, which is nicely rich and features hints of maple syrup flavor. It is surprising how even through all of the sweetness, the nutty oat flavor of the milk itself is still detectable and adds a pleasant earthiness to the background.
Oats are unfortunately notorious for being cross contaminated by gluten, but you need not worry in the case of this creamer as it’s certified gluten free! We also love that it features just a bit of nutrient content, with each tablespoon of this stuff providing 5% your DV of iron. This might sound small but if you have a couple cups a day, you’re really making a dent in your mineral intake for the day!
As for the packaging, the bottle is fully recyclable (yes, even the plastic film label!) and we appreciated the sturdy flip top cap which ensures that the creamer stays tightly sealed and pours away from the bottle as opposed to down the side like many of the screw top cartons. The container also seems to extend the product's shelf life as this vegan creamer features the longest “after opening” shelf life of all, indicating that it should keep fresh for a full 2 weeks from removal of the foil seal!
Unfortunately, the nutritional panel indicates that this non-dairy creamer does indeed contain some bioengineered ingredients, though it doesn’t specify exactly what the culprit is. In addition, some of our tasters felt this option is just a bit on the too sweet side--a fact which reflects in the sugar content.
Each 1-Tablespoon serving has 4 grams of sugar and once again, this seemingly small amount could really add up if you’re having cup after cup or using multiple spoonfuls per coffee.
Pros:
- Has a caramelly sweet, maple syrupy brown sugar flavoring.
- Nutty undertones of the oat milk itself are a pleasant counterpoint.
- Certified gluten free.
- Provides a bit of iron in each serving!
- Bottle is 100% recyclable.
- Flip cap seals tightly and is easy to dispense from.
- Good for a full 2 weeks after opening--the longest of all vegan creamers we tested!
Cons:
- Made with genetically modified ingredients.
- High in sugar as compared to other vegan creamers.
Best Unsweetened Vegan Coffee Creamer: Elmhurst Plant Based Unsweetened Oat Creamer
Size: 16-ounce carton
Flavor: Unsweetened
Here is how Elmhurst Plant Based Unsweetened Oat Creamer scored in each of our criteria categories:
- Taste & Texture: 4.3 / 5.0
- Nutrition Content: 4.8 / 5.0
- Unique Characteristics: 4.8 / 5.0
- Value: 4.2 / 5.0
- Production & Packaging: 4.8 / 5.0
- Overall Score: 4.6 / 5.0
If sweet is not your thing, or you simply prefer to be in full control over the amount of added sugar that goes into your coffee, there are thankfully some great sugar free creamer options out there! Our favorite of the bunch turned out to be this Unsweetened Oat Creamer from Elmhurst, with its zero grams of saturated fats, sodium, and sugars!
The base of whole grain, gluten free oats add just a hint of natural sweetness yet perfect neutrality to this creamer, and the addition of hemp cream adds a unique contrast--plus some of those micronutrients hemp is so renowned for! There are no added gums or oils, no carrageenan, no artificial flavors, and no GMO ingredients. While not sweetened of course, this creamer instead leans more toward nutty and rich with just a bit of tang as well.
Each 1-Tablespoon serving has just 10 calories and this creamer is packed in a fully recyclable carton made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) board that is responsibly sourced.
As you might deduce from the lack of oils or fats in this product, it is by no means a rich, thick creamer option. It definitely left our test cup of coffee looking a bit dark and watery, failing to add much lightness or creaminess to the experience. What it does do, however, is improve the experience of the coffee in your mouth, by giving those astringent beans just enough of a counterpoint to calm down their inherent sharpness.
Also, this plant based creamer is definitely on the more expensive end of things, costing close to $6.00 for the modestly sized pint container!
Pros:
- Completely free from added sugars, sodium, and saturated fats.
- Made from whole grain, gluten free oats.
- Contains the addition of hemp cream, for improved texture and added nutrient benefit.
- No added gums, oils, artificial flavors, or GMO’s.
- Has a pleasantly nutty, natural flavor.
- Just 10 calories per serving.
- Packed in a recyclable, responsibly sourced paper container.
Cons:
- Definitely lacking in thickness, and does not “cream” the coffee as much as many of the other options.
- Up there in terms of price, coming out to $0.36 per ounce.
Best Keto-Friendly Vegan Coffee Creamer: Nut Pods Shelf Stable Almond + Coconut Creamer
Size: 11.2-ounce carton
Flavor: Sweetened Cookie Butter
Here is how Nut Pods Shelf Stable Almond + Coconut Creamer scored in each of our criteria categories:
- Taste & Texture: 4.8 / 5.0
- Nutrition Content: 4.8 / 5.0
- Unique Characteristics: 4.7 / 5.0
- Value: 4.2 / 5.0
- Production & Packaging: 5.0 / 5.0
- Overall Score: 4.7 / 5.0
While completely unsweetened coffee creamer would of course be entirely keto and low-sugar diet friendly, the fact is, you shouldn't always have to sacrifice sweetness and flavor in the name of health! Thankfully, Nut Pods strike just the right balance between the two--offering you all of the sweet-treat tastes you crave, without the sugar spike (and crash!) that many of the other creamer options deliver.
This little company cranks out a huge range of delicious flavors like white chocolate, cinnamon swirl, sweet crème, toasted marshmallow, and--our favorite from among those we were lucky enough to sample--cookie butter.
The best part of all? Thanks to the inclusion of alternative sweeteners like erythritol and a bit of stevia leaf extra, Nut Pods creamers each have zero net carbs and only 5 calories per serving! The base of these creamers is almond milk + coconut cream, which work together nicely to achieve a viscous, creamy product.
We also love the small size of these little cartons, which though slightly more expensive than more bulk packaged creamers, make it easy to mix and match flavor options and give them all a try if you like! Many of the varieties are shelf stable, meaning you don’t need to refrigerate them until after opening. And, that shelf stable carton they’re packed in is a “plant pack”--an eco-friendly carton made from responsibly sourced paper board and certified plant based plastics.
On the downside, if you don’t care for the flavor of or prefer to stay away from alternative sweeteners, this Nut Pods creamer is not going to be your first pick. Also, though we love the shape, size, and appeal of these little pod shaped containers, we actually found them a little awkward and messy to pour from as the pour spot is on the flat front of the container as opposed to on the top like usual.
While the cookie butter flavor is super delicious, we found you likely need to add more than the recommended 1-Tablespoon serving to your coffee cup in order to really taste it--although this holds true for many of the flavored vegan creamers we tested.
Pros:
- Cookie Butter flavor is unique, fun, and delicious!
- Sweetened with alternative sweeteners.
- Zero net carbs and only 5 calories per serving.
- Containers are mini-sized, allowing you to choose a variety of fun flavors.
- No need to refrigerate Nut Pods before opening.
- Packed in a “plant pack” carton made with environmentally friendly materials.
Cons:
- Alternative sweeteners may have an aftertaste that doesn’t appeal to some folks.
- Shape of containers make them a bit tough to handle and pour from.
- Probably need to use more than 1 serving per cup in order to really taste the flavoring.
Most Nutritious Vegan Coffee Creamer: Laird Superfood Creamer + Adaptogens
Size: 16-ounce carton
Flavor: Sweet & Creamy
Here is how Laird Superfood Creamer + Adaptogens scored in each of our criteria categories:
- Taste & Texture: 4.4 / 5.0
- Nutrition Content: 5.0 / 5.0
- Unique Characteristics: 5.0 / 5.0
- Value: 4.1 / 5.0
- Production & Packaging: 4.8 / 5.0
- Overall Score: 4.6 / 5.0
If you were to judge this book by its cover, Laird Superfood Creamer + Adaptogens sure wouldn’t be winning any awards any time soon. The initial appearance is a muddy brown and slightly clumpy, sort of like a poorly mixed nutrition shake. Looks aside however, this plant based creamer has a lot of good things going for it!
Designed by big wave surfer Laird Hamilton, this coffee creamer was invented as a means to turn your humble cup of coffee into a cup of superfood coffee. Not only does the coconut milk base serve to thicken and sweeten your beverage, but the inclusion of extracts from lion’s mane and chaga mushrooms add a slew of immune boosting and inflammation reducing antioxidants.
Each serving also provides a boost of MCT’s (medium-chain triglycerides), which are thought to quickly boost energy as well as improve satiation thereby reducing hunger cravings. This superfood creamer also includes a collection of seaweed-derived trace minerals, and many of the ingredients used to produce this creamer are organic.
All of this superfood goodness comes with a super-sized price tag unfortunately, as the small 16-ounce ran us nearly $6.50! Also, the texture of this one is without a doubt going to be off putting to some folks. The consistency is gritty as opposed to creamy and even after stirring it up well, there are visible flecks of what we’re guessing to be mushroom pieces floating around in the mix. When tasted on its own, the flavor is without a doubt mushroom-y, but when poured into coffee, the earthiness is rather complementary and blends in nicely.
Also, all of these superfood ingredients seem to have a reductive effect on the shelf life as it bears the shortest we found--good for just 7 days after opening.
Pros:
- Coconut milk is an effectively thick and rich creamer base.
- Contains chaga and lion’s mane mushroom extracts for added nutritive benefit.
- Contains energy-boosting and craving cutting MCT oils.
- Contains trace minerals from real seaweed extracts.
- Made with several organic and 100% GMO free ingredients.
Cons:
- The most expensive vegan creamer we tested.
- Texture is gritty rather than creamy.
- Has the shortest shelf life of all creamers we tested--only good for 7 days after opening.
Best Powdered Vegan Coffee Creamer: Native Forest Coconut Milk Powder & Vegan Coffee Creamer
Size: 5.25-ounce bag
Flavor: Plain
Here is how Native Forest Coconut Milk Powder & Vegan Coffee Creamer scored in each of our criteria categories:
- Taste & Texture: 4.1 / 5.0
- Nutrition Content: 4.2 / 5.0
- Unique Characteristics: 4.7 / 5.0
- Value: 3.9 / 5.0
- Production & Packaging: 4.5 / 5.0
- Overall Score: 4.3 / 5.0
Liquid creamers--though delicious and effective--aren’t always all that practical. Whether you’re taking a camping trip or want the ability to sweeten and cream–ify any cup of coffee you might pick up while running errands, having a lightweight and portable vegan creamer option is useful in many a circumstance!
This powdered creamer from Native Forest ticks all the boxes as it is shelf stable, lightweight, and compact, meaning you could pack it in a suitcase, backpack, keep it in the car, or take it just about anywhere. It is made from nothing more than dried coconut milk, tapioca maltodextrin (for sweetness), and acacia gum (for texture).
Stirring a spoonful of this stuff into your coffee mug doesn’t exactly make it milky per se, but it does add richness and produces a delicious layer of unctuous foam that floats on the surface of your warm beverage!
The rear of the package walks you through the process of how real coconut milk gets from liquid to powdered form. And, this stuff is not only good for creaming your coffee but when reconstituted properly it can be used just like regular coconut milk or when combined with some quality vegan chocolate, can even be used to make a tasty plant based hot cocoa!
One problem with this powdery creamer, however, is that we found it undeniably difficult to dissolve in our test coffee cup. The product definitely mixes into warm liquid better than chilled or room temperature, however, even when sprinkled into hot coffee, it took some serious stirring to mix it in all the way. Also, as it is pure dehydrated coconut, you’re looking at 5 grams--25% your DV!-- of saturated fats per 1-Tablespoon serving here.
Pros:
- Is supremely shelf stable, no refrigeration needed!
- Powdered nature makes it compact and lightweight, perfect for travel.
- Made from just 3 ingredients.
- Adds a fatty richness to warm beverages and delectable layer of foam on top.
- Can also be used to make regular coconut milk or vegan hot chocolate!
Cons:
- Does not easily integrate into liquids--requires heat and lots of stirring.
- High in saturated fats.
Best Vegan Coffee Creamers FAQs
Is Non-Dairy Creamer the Same as Non-Dairy Milk?
Not quite! Non dairy creamer usually has some added ingredients like gums, oils, and starches that plain non-dairy milk may not have. The purpose of these additions is to add richness and improve the texture of coffee. Also, most creamers have sweeteners and/or flavoring added to them, although there are a few unsweetened options out there as well.
Can You Replace Milk with Non-Dairy Creamer?
That said, in some cases, you can replace milk or non-dairy milk with non-dairy creamer! Recipes for desserts and baked goods--think our Vanilla Chia Pudding--would likely benefit from the added sweetness, just be sure that any flavoring will be complementary and you may want to reduce any other sugar ingredients so as to avoid the end result from becoming too sweet.
What is the Best Vegan Creamer to Froth?
If you’re looking for all of the airy drama that comes in the form of a topper of milk foam on your cup of coffee, vegan creamers made with oat, almond, and/or coconut milk bases are going to be some of your best bets. The froth-ability will vary from one creamer to the next though, due to the inclusion or lack of other ingredients.
Nevertheless, once you find the vegan creamer that is your fave, put that milk frother to the test and see how high you can go! P.S. If you’re into frothy, foamy coffee drinks, try our Vegan Dalgona Coffee!
Is Non Dairy Creamer Healthy For You?
As compared to traditional dairy-based cream and creamer options, non-dairy creamers typically contain far less fats and calories per serving, making them overall healthier. However, some vegan creamers are highly processed--containing tons of refined oils and sugars–potentially rendering them just as unhealthy as their saturated fat-laden counterparts.
When choosing a dairy free creamer with health in mind, opt for minimally processed choices that are made from whole food ingredients like almond milk, coconut cream, or soy milk and that are sweetened with organic cane sugar or naturally derived alternative sugars.
Final Thoughts on the Best Non Dairy and Vegan Coffee Creamer Brands
Just because you eat a plant based diet doesn’t mean that a perfect cup of creamy coffee is out of the question! Whether you prefer your coffee sweet and creamy or dark and lightly flavored, there is a whole range of vegan creamers out there to suit any coffee drinker's tastes.
If none of the options we've featured quite seem to do it for you, you could always try making your own cashew milk based creamer with our Homemade Cashew Creamer recipe!
Or if you're in the market for something to accompany your new perfectly creamed cup of coffee, try whipping up a batch of our Vegan Coffee Cake with Apple Cinnamon Streusel!

Excellent reviews, but not terribly low-carb friendly. You might want to take a look at Silk brand's half-and-half substitute, made from coconut oil and oat milk. It's low carb and unsweetened and it works very well in coffee, without the added sugars of most of the other products on the market. It's the one used by our allergic-to-nuts family members who can't use unsweetened Nut Pods.
