Updated June 2020
veganinthefreezer.com strives to ensure that its services are accessible to people with disabilities. veganinthefreezer.com has invested a significant amount of resources to help ensure that its website is made easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.
I am continuously improving the accessibility of my website for people with disabilities. If you find that I am not meeting your requirements, I hope you can let me know by sending me a message at [email protected]
I will make every reasonable effort to make this page accessible. I kindly ask you to understand that I’m not a big business with employees – it’s just me, who wants to make the life of other families easier by sharing my recipes here on veganinthefreezer.com. I will do my best to work on the accessibility of my website as fast as I can, but please have a little patience with me.
Accessibility on veganinthefreezer.com
veganinthefreezer.com continues its efforts to constantly improve the accessibility of its site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use also for those of us with disabilities.
Despite my efforts to make all pages and content on veganinthefreezer.com fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution.
Areas for improvement and time-lines
Images: I will update the alt-text of the photos in my posts continually. I hope to have improved the accessibility of all the photos in all my posts by December 2020. If you have problems reading the photos please send me a message at [email protected]
- Update 08/09/2020: As of this date, to the best of my knowledge, I have revised the alt tags in posts published after 01/22/2018. I’m working on double-checking and re-doing the rest as fast as possible. I have sporadically (according to the season) also updated many alt tags before 2018.
Videos: All videos are now ADA compliant.
Link Text: I will also update my link texts so that they become more accessible. I hope to have improved and completed this by November 2020.
- I need to extent 'Read more' links in categories to explain what is going to be read. A few have been completed 9-10-2020.
